What counts as a "contract generation"?

Each time you complete a questionnaire and generate a contract — whether a Service Agreement, NDA, or SOW — that counts as one generation. You can view, download, and re-download previously generated contracts at any time.

What happens when I hit my scan or generation limit?

Free users get 3 scans and 1 generation per month. Pro users get 25 scans and 10 generations. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. You can always upgrade mid-month.

Are the generated contracts legally valid?

Our contracts are drafted using proper legal structure for EU and UK jurisdictions. We recommend review by a solicitor for high-value engagements — but for everyday freelance work, they are comprehensive and professional.

Is my data secure?

All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your contracts with anyone. Documents are processed by Anthropic's Claude API under strict data handling terms.
