2. Description of Service

SafeToSign provides AI-powered contract analysis using Claude AI by Anthropic. Our service analyzes legal contracts and identifies potential risks, unusual clauses, and key terms. This service does NOT constitute legal advice.

3. Legal Disclaimer

Our AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only. You should always consult with a qualified attorney before signing any legal contract. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our analysis.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Subscription Plans

We offer Free and Pro subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: 3 contract scans per month
  • Pro Plan: 25 contract scans per month (€12/month or €99/year)

Scan limits reset on the first day of each month. Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 7 days or for annual subscriptions after 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload documents containing illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI models
  • Share your account with others
  • Abuse our service or attempt to circumvent usage limits
  • Use our service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. We retain all rights to our service, software, and analysis methodology. The analysis results generated by our AI are provided to you for your use but remain our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

SafeToSign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to contract disputes, financial losses, or legal issues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
